These Terms of Service govern your use of shiramodest.com and any purchase you make from Shira Dress, operated by MASHIAJ LLC ("we", "us"). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products: we sell modest swimwear and related items. We work to display colors and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Prices: all prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.

Orders: we may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or if we detect a pricing or listing error. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will email you with alternatives; if we do not hear back within 7 days, the order will be canceled and issued as store credit, which you may use for another purchase or request as a refund.

Payment: payment is charged at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping: shipping times, costs, and coverage are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.

Returns: returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (30-day returns; the customer covers return shipping unless the error was ours).

Intellectual property: all content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to MASHIAJ LLC or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

Prohibited uses: you may not use the Site for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation, or to copy product data or images for commercial use without permission.

Disclaimers and liability: to the extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided without warranties beyond those required by law, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
